Discipline Inspection

Key responsibilities: be responsible for the daily work of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Committee and assist in the work of the Labor Union and other unions within the Association; assist in organizational construction, clean administration construction, ideological and political education and all kinds of publicity activities of the Association; draw up and modify the work plans and other relevant documents of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Committee; supervise, coordinate and direct the work of grassroots Party branches and Youth League; supervise and inspect the compliance with national laws, regulations, policies and internal systems by the Association and its staff; and accept petition letters and complaints from Party members and staff of the Association and conduct investigation and handling according to law

Membership Management

Key responsibilities: organize and promote futures brokerage business and cross-border operations, be responsible for communication, coordination and services of the brokerage service committee and the international service committee, organize the formulation of the self-regulatory rules concerning relevant business areas, organize the inspection of implementation of self-regulatory rules concerning relevant business areas, be responsible for self-regulatory coordination with local associations and exchanges, organize the convening of China International Futures Conference, organize industrial appraisal, praise and award, carry out statistical analysis of financial information of members, be responsible for meeting affairs of the Board of Directors and work conference of full-time and part-time chairmen, and make an overall arrangement of the establishment of professional committees of the Association. 

Member Service I

Key responsibilities: organize and promote the asset management business and investment consulting services of futures business institutions, be responsible for communication, coordination and services of the futures asset management business committee, organize the formulation of the self-regulatory rules concerning relevant business areas, organize the inspection of implementation of self-regulatory rules concerning relevant business areas, organize the convening of Chinese Futures Analyst Forum, be responsible for member development, registration, membership management and fees collection, be responsible for membership information platform and database, and take statistics on and release members’ information.

Member Service III

Key responsibilities: participate in the formulation of the industrial innovative development plan and policies and regulations, coordinate in implementation of the work deployment of the Association on promoting industrial innovation, organize and promote the pilot of risk management companies of futures companies, be responsible for communication, coordination and services of the derivative traders committee, promote the fostering of derivative traders and OTC derivative business, organize the formulation of the self-regulatory rules concerning relevant business areas, and organize the inspection of implementation of self-regulatory rules concerning relevant business areas.

Self-regulatory Management

Key responsibilities: promote the implementation of investor education and supervise and implement self-regulatory rules concerning investors; promote the implementation of investor suitability management and investor protection; organize and implement experience exchange and inspection concerning investor education work; organize and implement investor education activities and prepare investor education products; organize and implement surveys and researches on investor education and protection; accept petition letters and complaints from investors; be responsible for the news publicity and network planning and maintenance of the Association; prepare self-regulatory rules for related businesses; and assume the communication, coordination and service work with or for the Investor Education and Protection Committee.

Certification & Training

Key responsibilities: be responsible for the formulation of futures practitioners’ qualification categories and standards, and relevant self-regulatory rules, organize practitioners’ qualification tests, futures investment analysis tests and senior officers' qualification tests, carry out practitioners’ qualification registration, modification and cancellation, management and maintain practitioner database and make statistical analysis of practitioners’ information. 

Investor Service

Key responsibilities: study and participate in drafting long-term development plan, laws and regulations and regulatory framework for futures industry; carry out special subject study and provide policy suggestions for government, regulators and the Association; organize and implement “CFA Joint Research Program”; organize the preparation of Annual Development Report of China’s Futures Industry; prepare research reports and special information reports; organize the preparation of China Futures; study and participate in drafting comprehensive materials including special report of the Association and speech of the leaders; and assume the communication, coordination and service work with or for the R&D Committee.

Information Technology

Key responsibilities: develop and implement talent training plan for the futures industry; establish practitioner training system; carry out trainings for executives; organize and implement follow-up vocational and professional trainings for practitioners; build domestic and foreign futures personnel training bases; promote back-up personnel training work; conduct training communication and cooperation; and assume the communication, coordination and service work with or for the Futures Talent Training Committee.

Research

Key responsibilities: organize the preparation of IT standards and self-regulatory rules of futures and related industries; organize the inspection of relevant businesses or the carrying out of self-regulatory rules; organize and coordinate the safety guarantee, exchange and research of industrial information; organize science and technology awards of securities and futures industry; participate in and organize the information security risk assessment and the investigation and survey of major accidents in the industry; be responsible for the communication and coordination with software developers, market information providers and system service providers of the industry; draw up information system construction plan, information management system and work guidelines of the Association; organize the development and management of the information system, database system, computer room, video meeting system, internal office system and other automatic office facilities of the Association; be responsible for construction of the disaster recovery system of the Association; provide technical support for the daily office work of the Association; and assume the communication, coordination and service work with or for the IT Committee.
