1. Guide the futures dispute resolution work;
2. Organize and guide the pre-job and on-job trainings and experience exchange of coordinators;
3. Research and deal with professional questions about the futures dispute resolution work;
4. Decide the coordinators’ employment and dismissal;
5. Assess the overall quality and social influence of dispute resolution work;
6. Give opinions and suggestions on dispute resolution to the council;
7. Other duties authorized or entrusted by the council.
