On March 12 2014, witnessed by the representatives from FIA , FIA Europe, and FIA Asia, Mr. Liu Zhichao, Chairman of China Futures Association and Mr. Walt Lukken, President and CEO of FIA Global, signed Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) in Boca Raton USA. The MOU creates an avenue for sharing information and resources between the parties and also creates the opportunity for potential future cooperation on conference. FIA Global now has three affiliates: FIA, FIA Europe and FIA Asia. Signing the agreement is therefore a new stage for both China Futures Association and FIA Global.  　　

On March 12 2014, witnessed by Mr. Bill Brodsky, Chairman of Chicago Board Options Exchange(CBOE), Mr. Liu Zhichao, Chairman of China Futures Association (CFA) and Mr. Edward T. Tilly, CEO of CBOE, signed Memorandum of Understanding（MOU) in Boca Raton USA. This MOU will enhance exchanges of views and cooperation in the field of training and research, and promote sound development of capital markets in both countries.
